Texas Highly Targeted in Dec. 12 Cargo Theft Reports Twelve cargo theft incidents were reported from 11/30-12/6, the majority occurred over the weekend.  Eight additional incidents from 11/22-11/29 were received this week by CargoNet, most happened on Tuesday the 29th.
